This 1,214 square foot, one bedroom, two bathrooms, two car attached garage townhome went on the market May 11, 2017 for $349,900.00, and two days later was under contract, for I’m guessing full price. It'll be interesting to see what the actual Sold price is, once it closes.
The Mission Viejo, Drewmoor II, is such a nice floor plan for two or less occupants. This particular home has been very well maintained and updated in some areas. The kitchen appears to have been updated with new white cabinets, beautiful slab granite countertops, new single vessel sink, brushed nickel fixtures and stainless steel appliances. The top cabinets aren’t the preferred 42” style, but they look very nice. The bathrooms, although in excellent condition, unfortunately appear to be from the original design. They still have the white laminate face with oak trim vanities and original laminate tops with updated brushed nickel faucets, dated but in great condition.
This model has a generous size study off the main entry with plantation shutters and hardwood floors, very nice looking room, and could be used as a second bedroom with little modification. The living room and dining room also have plantation shutters installed and they look great. The home appears to have a fresh coat of paint with well chosen, warm neutral colors.
This is a very well maintained home. With some additional updating in the bathrooms, it could easily be a wise selection for the right buyer, looking to “right size” into an excellent neighborhood.
