About Mike Hixon

As Chief Brokerage Advisor for Realty Trends Real Estate, my practice and Realty Trends primary focus is strictly on Client satisfaction.  As a recipient of the 5280 Magazine, Five Star Real Estate Agent award since its inception in 2010, I’m extremely honored by this Client satisfaction award and am one of less than 4% of all Denver area realtors to have been chosen for this award.  The award criteria are based 100% on Client satisfaction, the only true measure for a Realtor's performance.  I’ve built my business around proven, real world experience with Clients and their complete satisfaction.

For me, real estate was destiny.  My parents were investors, developers and my mother was a real estate broker.  I can’t remember a time when my family wasn’t involved in a business development or real estate investment, so I was exposed to the business from a very early age.  Coming from a real estate family has been invaluable in my career.  This competitive advantage has proven to be a huge time and money savings benefit for my Clients and a compelling incentive to use me and Realty Trends for your next real estate venture.

From the beginning of my career I’ve been involved in several commercial and residential remodeling projects and have built out over a half a million commercial and residential square feet.  My real estate knowledge, coupled with my construction knowledge is without question an advantage when you’re considering buying or selling real estate.  I will be able to provide time saving insight and details that translate to savings for you on every transaction.

When you’re considering a change in your real estate needs, come join the Realty Trends family, your real estate family for life.  Please contact me for your no obligation consultation and we’ll evaluate your potential real estate transaction(s).  You’ll be completely informed every step of the way, with total confidence that your decision is the right choice.
